CM Rawat calls for protecting human rights

Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat has said that protecting human rights is very important in a democracy. He said that working with alertness for human rights is the need of the hour. In his message on the eve of International Human Rights Day, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that ” Vasudev Kutumbkam” is our tradition. He said that in the present context of the world, awareness towards human rights is all the more relevant.

Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that every individual has a right to live a life of dignity. Freedom and equality are two important issues of human rights and our Constitution guarantees security and equality with freedom of expression to every citizen. “ We should be aware about human rights to fulfill our duties with sincerity,” he added.
